lighting.life works with warehouses and manufacturers in US, Taiwan and China for the fastest order fulfillment. Please read below for the delivery terms before ordering. 

1. Please note the delivery time may differ with different warehouses and countries. Usually it may be ranged from 7- 60 days with average 20 days (Russia may take longer shipping time ranged from 10-90 days with average 40 days). 

2. For countries listed below, we usually provide free shipping on order value >USD19.99 with average shipping time 10-20 days. (For order value <USD20.00, we provide flat shipping & handling charge of USD5.00)

US, Russia, Spain, France, UK, Brazil, Israel,  Netherlands, Canada, Italy, Chile, Ukraine, Poland, Australia, Germany, Belgium, Taiwan

For a few countries, some extra shipping charges may or may not apply. After order is placed, we may or may not request for additional charges with your permission or fully refund. We shall strive to provide better delivery services to more countries.

 

3. For some large size item, we usually use DHL or FedEX for shipping (shipping included in the price for most countries).

4. Goods may be packed by raw and protective boxes/packages by factories to ensure products' safety. Please understand outer cartons may be damaged through delivery, but should not effect the quality and outlook of the packed product.

5. We are not responsible for any possible import tax, costs, or delay derived at customs when importing. However, you may request us to mark the shipping invoice as "gift" (non=commercial value) or undervalue (50%) the products  if needed upon any purchase.

Shoppers on lighting.life receives the following guarantees for each purchase:

1. Full refund if you don’t receive your order,

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within 60 days (possibly 90 days for deliveries to Russia and a few countries). If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances,
· Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
· Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
· Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of lighting.life

 

2. Refund or keep items not as described,
Upon mutual agreement between you and lighting.life, you can get a full refund if your item is significantly different from the seller’s description, or you can choose a partial refund and keep the product.

*For refunding the item, upon agreement we will confirm the shipping address for the refunding item. Buyer may need to pay for the shipping.
